Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of vsdwholesale.com and the VSD Wholesale app, and to all orders placed through them. Our full trading terms are also set out on our Terms & Conditions page.
About us
VSD Wholesale is a trading name of RSB Traders Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09671933. Our address is 91 Redfern Road, Tyseley, Birmingham B11 2BH, and our phone number is 0121 728 8222.
Trade customers only
We are a wholesaler and supply businesses only. By opening an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are buying for business purposes (for example, for resale) and not as a consumer. We may ask for evidence of your business and may decline or close any account at our discretion.
Age-restricted products
You must be 18 or over to open an account or buy from us. Many of our products are age-restricted, including vape and nicotine products, tobacco and alcohol. We may check your age and identity. You are responsible for making sure that you sell age-restricted products only in line with the law, including age checks and any licences, registrations or duty requirements that apply to your business.
Nicotine products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. They are intended for adult smokers and vapers only.
Accounts
Prices and ordering are available to approved trade account holders. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all orders placed using your account.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, payment is not authorised, we suspect fraud, there is a pricing or description error, or we cannot confirm that you are eligible to buy the product.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Unless stated otherwise, trade prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.
Products and descriptions
We try to make sure that product descriptions, images and stock levels are accurate. Packaging, flavours and specifications may change from time to time and may differ slightly from what is shown.
Delivery, returns and privacy
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and how we use your information by our Privacy Policy. These form part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
