Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with VSD Wholesale, a trading name of RSB Traders Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 09671933), 91 Redfern Road, Tyseley, Birmingham B11 2BH. We supply trade customers only.

Dispatch

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Birmingham. Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Any delivery times we give are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by our own vans or by third-party couriers, depending on your location and the size of the order. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery. Age-restricted goods (including vape, tobacco, nicotine and alcohol products) will not be handed to anyone who appears to be under 18. Our driver or courier may ask for ID.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before you place your order. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available to receive it, we may charge for re-delivery.

Checking your delivery

Please count the number of boxes and check the outer packaging before signing. If anything is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork or the courier's device.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

You must tell us about any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.

Risk and ownership

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
