Refund and Returns Policy

VSD Wholesale is a trading name of RSB Traders Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 09671933). We sell to trade customers only, for business purposes. The consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to business-to-business purchases. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please give your order number, the product and quantity affected, and clear photos.

Once we have checked your claim, we will offer a replacement, a credit note or a refund to your original payment method. If we ask you to return the item, it must be unused (unless faulty) and in its original packaging where possible. We will arrange or pay for the return of faulty or incorrect items.

Items we cannot accept back

For health, safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of the following unless they are faulty or were sent in error:

  • opened vape products, including e-liquids, nicotine salts, shortfills, pods, coils, disposable vapes and kits;
  • opened tobacco, cigarettes, rolling tobacco and nicotine pouches;
  • food, drinks and other perishable goods.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns of correctly supplied goods because you have changed your mind. In exceptional cases we may agree to take back unopened, resaleable stock. This is at our discretion and may be subject to a handling charge, which we will tell you about first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or as a credit to your account if you ask for that. Card refunds can take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Pricing errors

If an item was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made for it.
