PLACING AN ORDER ON THE APP

To place an order, follow the checkout instructions provided on the App. Orders are confirmed via email, establishing a contract between you and us.

  • BACS transfers to RSB Traders Ltd.

Order Rejection: We reserve the right to decline orders, including but not limited to:

SEVERANCE

WAIVER

No waiver by us shall be interpreted as a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach of any provision of these App Conditions.

SURVIVAL

Each provision of these App Conditions will apply independently and remain in effect even if any provision is found to be inapplicable or unenforceable under any circumstances.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The App Conditions govern the relationship between us in relation to your use of the App. The Purchase Conditions, in conjunction with the App Conditions, will govern our relationship with you when you place an order for Products through the App.

LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English or Welsh courts.
